The Cape Herb & Spice Company is a pioneer in the development of spice grinders. We have years of experience in manufacturing spice grinders and refining their design. This expertise can be harnessed to seek the perfect spice grinder for your private label requirements. We have a large selection of adjustable, non-adjustable, coloured and tinted grinders. The lids can even be embossed with your logo.
The grinders are made from polyethylene terephtalate (PET), a plastic that can be recycled. It’s mechanical strength and hardness ensures that the burrs don’t wear out. It has a consistent low coefficient of friction; excellent wear resistance and is physiologically inert. Our grinders can be re-used up to three times. PET complies with FDA regulation CFR 177.16309 for use in contact with food.
We are able to offer grinders in an endless array of colours or tints. They can even be Pantone referenced in order to be an exact match to colours used in your labels. We can help with these too. The Cape Herb & Spice Company’s in-house art department has vast experience in label design and our machinery is able to apply clear or even double labels. Our artists will also design a tamper-proof seal to match your label perfectly.
All grinders have snap-on lids to keep out moisture and keep in freshness. The lids can be embossed with your company logo. We’re even able to print rondles that can go underneath the lids with recipe ideas or instructions for use. We have machinery that can put thin labels on the base of the grinders if necessary.
