Having a recipe but not being able to cook it because you can’t find the ingredients can be frustrating. Being gourmets, we’re always on the lookout for interesting herbs and spices. We offer these in bottles with flip-top lids.
We search for only top-quality ingredients. Our vanilla pods, for example, are plump, oily and packed full of seeds. Herbs are cut as large as possible to preserve their natural oils and taste. Our bouquet garni is hand made, the herb bundles beautifully enclosed in gorgeous muslin bundles. Spices are sourced from around the world. Saffron strands, for example, are from Spain.
Some of our favourite blends are included in the range. There’s the classic French blend Herbes de Provence, Chinese 5 Spice, Cajun Spice, and a fiery Thai Seven Spice. Use the Thai blend in combination with Lemon Grass to make a perfect meal.
Each flip-top lid is embossed with The Cape Herb & Spice Company’s logo. The lids have one, seven or 19 holes, depending on what’s packed inside. The labels match our Table Top grinder range to make the presentation perfect in your spice rack or on the kitchen table. Each bottle has a tamper-proof seal with a perforation to make removing it easy.
