INGREDIENTS: 4 HAKE STEAKS (200G EACH) ORGANIC OLIVE OIL ORGANIC WHITE WINE VINEGAR FISH SEASONING 3 ORGANIC GARLIC CLOVES, SLICED THINLY FRESH ORGANIC PARSLEY, CHOPPED
PREPARE THE FISH BY GRINDING A LITTLE FISH SEASONING OVER EACH STEAK. PUT TWO TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL IN A BAKING DISH. PLACE THE FISH STEAKS IN THE DISH AND RUB THEM INTO THE OIL. PLACE THE DISH IN AN OVEN HEATED TO 200 DEGREES CELCIUS FOR 20 MINS. REMOVE THE FISH FROM THE OVEN AND PLACE ON A LARGE PLATE. LIBERALLY POUR OLIVE OIL INTO A FRYING PAN AND PLACE OVER A HIGH HEAT. ADD THE SLICED GARLIC AND CHOPPED PARSLEY. FRY FOR A FEW MINUTES UNTIL THE GARLIC IS GOLDEN BROWN. POUR THE OIL OVER THE FISH, SPRINKLE WITH A FEW DROPS OF VINEGAR AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
